1. The team built Grok Bot as a separate product from scratch rather than adding features to Cursor, which kept the design coherent and focused.

3. Roman says 100% task completion feels completely different from 90% because users can hand off work without checking in, like a no-look pass.
4. The team ran 1-on-1 onboarding calls with over 200 early users and discovered unexpected use cases, like bots managing other bots, that shaped the product.
