"You give the stories to Claude. There's a Claude skill that turns those stories into the docket... You could go to Claude and say, I have a YouTube channel, I want you to tell me what kinds of videos I should be making. And it will tell you exactly what charts to pull and what metrics it wants to look at to make you a full report."
▶ 1:00:45"Then we take it, I sort of run it through AI as a brainstorming layer. I usually use Claude. Opus is ideal for this. You could use Sonnet... I don't let Claude write anything... I let Claude kind of roughly assemble it. And then I take the suggestions, I workshop it with Claude, and then I turn it into the final version."
"In writing and proofreading, I then give that copy to Claude and I say, suggest six or seven or eight infographics, and then we fine-tune the ideas until we get the final graphics that you see."
"I give it the rough draft that I wrote. I give it the full Substack page that I'm working on. I give that to Claude and I'd say don't make anything. Give me your five to seven ideas for graphics... after two or three back and forth we come up with a design that we like, and that's when I have Claude actually make those graphics."
"I fed it into Claude and I just started having a conversation with Claude. What do you think about this? This would have taken me 12, 15 hours. Claude took care of it in an hour."

"Grokbot just is like, 'Hey, here I'm going to bring up my computer.' It actually shows you what it's seeing. It goes just log into X for me. I logged in through our This Week in AI account and it's just off to the races — it sees everything I could see. It's logged in, it's pulling tweets, it's referencing things. It's very intuitive. You just need to tell it in plain language what you want. It's very impressive."
▶ 1:37"A lot of the legwork of this research is being done by my friend Grokbot, and it took me a while to calibrate him... once we'd written a few that we all agreed on, just by showing those to Grokbot, now it understands and can sniff these out much more easily without constant direction from me."

"Obviously, Jason and I worked on a style guide. So, that was the first step. Claude Design. You go in there, you bounce ideas around. I like this. I don't like this. I like this font... And eventually you get to a point where it's like this is a good sort of style format that we can use over and over again to make our content."
