"Sumatriptan was the first one in tablet and injection form. It's also available in nasal spray. For cluster headache, if I'm using sumatriptan, I really love to use the injection because the median time to pain relief may be like 9 minutes. For somebody who really needs quick onset because they're having a rapidly onset attack, that's like God made this for me."
