"The best way to keep up with it is to get on RedNote because I think the best content about Chinese food is from Chinese creators that are from the places these foods come from and they're posting a lot on RedNote. It's a great place if you're trying to dip your toe into the Chinese social media scene because you also have friendly functions like translate. It's also a great way to understand China as a whole. I know a lot of my Chinese friends use RedNote like Google."
